Overview

SIOP, a large professional organization, required a more structured and user-friendly digital experience to support its diverse audience and extensive content. I led the project with a focus on UX strategy, redesign, and brand alignment—transforming the website into a clearer, more intuitive, and cohesive platform.

The Goal

The primary goal was to simplify and improve the user experience across a complex, content-heavy site.

The existing structure made it difficult for users to navigate, find relevant information, and engage with key resources. The redesign needed to bring clarity, organization, and consistency while maintaining the depth of content.

The Approach

The project began with a UX-focused evaluation of the existing site, identifying key pain points in navigation, structure, and content organization.

From there, I developed a more intuitive site structure and user flow—prioritizing clarity and accessibility for multiple audience types.

In parallel, the visual design and branding were refined to create a more cohesive and modern experience across the platform.
