Explanation:

I designed a learning management system app that not only incorporates lesson plans and modules but also an immersive environment and a communication tool. This will allow students to not only receive lesson plans and submit assignments but also experience virtual labs that include branching scenarios and be able to join and form study groups so that it actively enables students to have a hands-on and interactive experience. Integrating an immersive environment, it would be a solution for situations where it’s not feasible or scalable to provide real-life experiences to users to achieve the learning outcomes so that learners are able to apply what they have experienced in the lesson plans.

Target audience: College students who are involved in an asynchronous online learning environment and in programs that require hands-on training such as medical.

User Goals:

  • Allow students to explore, create, and problem-solve while receiving real-time feedback. That way they develop a deeper understanding of the learning objectives.
  • Think creatively and build strong communication skills which help to refine your understanding of materials.
